XGuard provides controlled API egress and execution evidence, not a guarantee that an upstream service will succeed. Each authorized egress attempt is billed before credential release. Users must have permission to use every credential and target they configure, and must not use XGuard for unlawful access, abuse, or evasion of third-party controls.
